## App Store screenshots

iPhone:

1. ADHD time blindness? You’ll still lose track of time. You’ll still feel guilty. At least know what for. A week of photos, and the camera button.
2. Today. Busy every day. Doing what? Snap the big stuff. Now you’ll know. No streaks. No scores.
3. Works. Why isn’t it done yet? A tax return, 11 hours 5 minutes over 7 days. See where the hours go.
4. Stash. If I forget it, it’s gone. Dump it here. No decisions. No title. No folder.
5. Patterns. ADHD paralysis again? A Can’t start card with what helps: two minutes only, write the worst first sentence. Write your own patterns. And what helps.
6. Focus. Start Focus. Right now. A quick log now and then. Nothing is kept. It clears when you end it.
7. Widgets. Out of sight, out of mind. Today, Stash, Patterns, Work and Focus on the Home Screen.
8. Make it yours. Themes and fonts. Have a look around first, no sign-up. Private. Everything stays in your iCloud.

iPhone Duo:

2. Today. Monday: gone. Tuesday: gone. Busy every day. Doing what? Snap the big stuff. Now you’ll know. No streaks. No scores. The day on one side, the open card on the other.
3. Works. Why isn’t it done yet? I worked on it all week! A tax return, 14 hours 15 minutes over 10 days. See where the hours go. No to-do list. Just the big stuff you did.
4. Stash. If I forget it, it’s gone. Half my head is holding it. Dump it here. No decisions. No title. No folder. Sort it later. Or never.
5. Patterns. ADHD paralysis again? I know exactly why. Still stuck. A Can’t start card with what helps: two minutes only, write the worst first sentence, tell someone I’m starting. Write your own patterns. And what helps.
6. Focus. Start Focus. Right now. A quick log now and then. See what you’ve been doing. Close it, and it’s gone. No guilt.
7. Widgets. Out of sight, out of mind. Today, Add, Patterns, Work and Stash widgets.

Timewent is a day log for ADHD and time blindness, on iPhone, iPhone Duo, iPad and Mac. Snap a photo, record a voice note or type one line to keep the big picture of what you’ve been doing lately, dump every thought without sorting it, and keep your own notes on what sets you off and what helps.

## Today

- Add a photo, a voice note or one line. It takes seconds.
- Set when it started and ended, and pick one of six tags: Work, Chores, Social, Self Care, Leisure or Nap.
- One bar shows how your day was shared. Tap it for the numbers.
- Look back through any month, with your photos on each day.

## Stash

- Stash takes notes, lists, photos, links, quotes and even bits of HTML.
- Nothing to file or keep tidy. Search finds it later.
- Want some order? Make a container for a trip or a project. Star what matters. Let go of the rest.
- Ask for a reminder, and it comes back on the day you pick.

## Patterns

- Pick what you are dealing with: Restless, Foggy, Can’t start, Distracted, Overwhelmed, Tired, Racing thoughts or Forgetful. Or name it yourself.
- Write a few short lines: what makes it better, and what makes it worse.
- When you log it on Today, your own lines are right there.

## Focus, Works and widgets

- Focus: one tap starts a session. See active and paused time, jot down what comes up, and set a timer if you want one. It clears when you finish.
- Works: link work logs to a project and its epics, and see how long each took and what you decided.
- Widgets: log in one tap from the Home Screen, step through today, get a Stash card back, and see a Focus session on the Lock Screen.
- iPhone, iPhone Duo, iPad and Mac, kept in sync through your own iCloud.

## What it is not

- Not a planner or a to-do list. It shows where your time went; it does not schedule your day.
- Not a medical app. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD, and it gives no medical advice.
- No streaks, scores or badges. Nothing to keep perfect, and nothing lost for missing a day.
- Not social. Nothing is shared, and there is no feed.
- No cloud AI. Nothing you write is sent to an AI company; the search help in Stash runs on your device.
- Not on Android, Windows or the web.

## Private by design

- No server and no account with us. Your entries stay on your devices and in your own iCloud.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
- Export everything as one .zip at any time. Delete account erases your entries from this device and your iCloud.

## Try it

- Have a look around first: the whole app with sample days, no sign-in.
- Then try everything free for 7 days with the yearly plan, $29.99 a year after that, or buy it once for $49.99.
- After the free week, Timewent needs the yearly plan or the one-time purchase. If your plan ends, you can still open and export everything.
